3):
To a lot of inspectors, a heat pump is a very
confusing system. Our inspectors will “simplify”
heat pumps for the attendees. When a student leaves
this class they will know what a heat pump is, how it
works, and how to inspect them. This session will give
a seasoned inspector or a novice the skill, knowledge
and confidence to inspect the different types of residential
heat pumps. This seminar will cover:

#2 - Carbon Monoxide & Improper Venting (Contact
Hours - 4):
All solid fuel burning appliances produce certain levels
of Carbon Monoxide. “Improper Venting” of
these appliances can kill or injure people very easily.
Carbon Monoxide is called the “Silent Killer”.
Every year malfunctioning furnaces, water heaters, stoves,
fireplaces and other appliances cause needless deaths
and tragedies that could have easily been detected and
avoided by a knowledgeable inspector during a home inspection.
This seminar will cover:
